How the practice works

Three things that shape the way we work with clients.

We came into continuity from corporations, not from consulting. The plans we write for clients are the kind we used to execute ourselves — at Nornickel, Rosneft, Beeline and inside the Rosatom group. The difference shows: anyone who has lived through a real incident knows that in the first hours nobody opens a 300-page document. That is why our plans are short and written for your worst day, not for an auditor.

Second, we price risk in money. A conversation with the board about "improving resilience" ends in nothing; a conversation about the cost of a day of downtime ends in a decision. So every project produces a model showing how a disruption travels through to revenue and profit, and what each day of recovery costs.

Third, we build the system with the client's team rather than for it. A plan written by an outside expert alone does not get executed: people see the document for the first time on the day they need it. We assemble the recovery scheme in working sessions with the people who will act — and leave the company not just documents but a shared language.

Behind the practice are implementations in heavy industry, finance, insurance, transport, IT and retail; work against ISO 22301 and the Russian national profile GOST R; and preparing companies for audits and for the conversation with the regulator. More than eight hundred specialists have been through our training programmes. We publish the methodology openly — in the library and glossary on this site.
