What you get
Five questions that owners and site directors bring to us, and the answer you get to each.
Discuss your situation- “What stops if a drone hits a warehouse or a workshop?”A site map: the point of impact, the fire zone, what stops and for how many days.
- “How much will we lose?”Property loss and downtime in roubles, and separately the cost of one day of downtime.
- “What should we protect first on a limited budget?”Measures ranked by the return on every rouble. Some of them need no investment: spread out the stocks, move the fuel, sign a backup contract in advance.
- “How do we keep people safe?”Where people are on each shift and how alerts, shelters and evacuation work. These measures come first.
- “How do we keep our customers, and what do we show the insurer?”A plan for backup supplies and for transferring part of the orders, changes to contracts, a document pack for the insurer, the bank and the board of directors.
This is how your site looks in the report
An illustrative site: a fuel depot, a substation, a boiler house, two workshops and a finished-goods warehouse. In the report, the map is built from your site plan.

- point of impact
- fire spread after 30 and 60 minutes
- single point of failure: without it the whole site stops
- product flow to the customer
- 1Fuel depot. The point of impact in the scenario.
- 2Substation. Powers both workshops; replacement takes 7–9 months.
- 3Boiler house. Steam for both workshops, no backup.
- 4Workshop No. 1. RUB 10.2 m of revenue a day.
- 5Workshop No. 2. RUB 8.4 m of revenue a day.
- 6Finished-goods warehouse. Stock for 12 days of shipments.
Why it is worth acting now
Preparation takes five weeks, while a fire after a strike spreads in minutes. Here is what changed in 2026.
- Weak protection costs the owner control of the facility. From 24 August 2026, ineffective measures against drones and late restoration of operations became grounds for placing critical infrastructure facilities under temporary management. The measures taken must be backed by documents.Kommersant, 27 August 2026
- Insurance may not cover downtime.Insurers are raising premium rates and deductibles and require proof that facilities are protected. A payout for business interruption depends on the wording of the policy.Profil, 28 July 2026
- Companies are already preparing. In the first half of 2026, businesses spent 6.6 times more on drone protection than a year earlier.Tenderplan, Inc. Russia, 12 August 2026
- What you can do this week.Spread out finished-goods stocks, move packaging away from workshop walls, check alerts on the night shift. These measures cost almost nothing.
How the work runs and when you get the result
Five weeks from the first meeting to the findings for the owner. Every step ends with a document that stays with you.
- Week 1Kick-off and dataNDA, site plan, stocks, revenue by product, key contracts.
- Week 2Two days on siteA walk-through with the chief engineer and the security service, interviews.First conclusions: three vulnerabilities and the cost of a day of downtime
- Week 3Scenarios and calculationFire, damage and downtime in roubles.
- Week 4Measures with managementA working session: what is realistic, what it costs, how much it cuts the loss.
- Week 5Findings for the ownerReport, map, roadmap for 90 days and for a year.
From your people: 1–2 hours of interview each with the chief engineer, the heads of production, warehousing and logistics, and the security service; three hours of management time in week four.
Loss in money before and after measures
We choose the measures together with you and rank them by loss reduction per rouble spent.
Illustrative example: a production site with revenue of RUB 9 bn a year.
What you keep
Four documents used by the owner, management, the CFO and the security service. The figures in the examples are illustrative.
The three main vulnerabilities and the decisions on two pages.
Buildings, fire zones, single points of failure.
Property loss, downtime and consequences before and after measures.
What to do within 90 days and within a year, who is responsible, what it costs.
Why clients trust us
We see the most sensitive information: the site plan, stocks, contracts and the site’s weak points. So we fix the rules for handling information before we start.
- NDA before the first working meeting. We sign your non-disclosure agreement or offer ours.
- Information stays with you.We work on your site and with your documents, and hand the report to you. On the website and in talks we use only anonymised examples.

Frequently asked questions
How is the check different from a fire safety audit and an anti-terrorist security passport?
An audit and a passport verify compliance with requirements. The readiness check answers the owner’s question: how much the company would lose in an attack and which measures cut the loss most for every rouble invested. We use those documents as input data.
Do you sell or install drone protection equipment?
No. We have no ties to manufacturers or integrators, so our recommendations are independent. If you need engineered protection, we will help you define the requirements for it.
What information about the site do you need, and what happens to it?
The site plan, the list of buildings, stocks and equipment, revenue by product, key contracts. Everything is shared under a non-disclosure agreement and stays with you. For restricted sites we agree the procedure with your security service.
Can we just talk the situation through first?
Yes. The first 30-minute Zoom call commits you to nothing: we look at your situation and tell you whether you need the check and in what scope.
Can the check be done without a site visit?
Yes, if the site cannot be visited: we work from the site plan, photos and a video walk-through. The conclusions on fire spread are rougher in this case, and we note this in the report.
How is the check different from Turnkey BCM?
The check looks at one scenario for one site in five weeks and ends with a roadmap. Turnkey BCM builds a continuity system for the whole company: plans, roles, exercises, metrics. Half the cost of the check is credited if you move on to the programme.
Do you work with several sites and regions?
Yes. Each additional site on the same trip costs RUB 490,000 excluding taxes, and we build one loss model for the whole company.
